How To Have A Long Lasting Manicure

By Kevin Thomas

Women are into so much art, especially those that could give a sense of beautification on oneself. Some fair example of that are manicure, pedicure and make up. These things add up an effect that enhances the fashion sense in an artsy way. Though, there have been some issues with the longevity of a manicure since it could only last a week especially after like washing dishes or doing the laundry. Doing stuff like this very often could really wipe the paint out of those pretty nails.

But, that problem may just have been solved, girls that have heard of dip powder nails are going crazy about it. That is because, it lasts longer compared to the usual gel type manicures. This powder formula is said to stay at its place for two weeks or more. That all depends on how it is taken care of.

This could sum up the desire of those girls that are obsessed with polished nails but are busy or do not have chance to regularly do them. Yes, it lasts longer than usual but it also takes longer time to apply. But, fair enough, once everything is all set and done, no regrets at all.

If having plans to try this method for the first time, better yet think of the colors and types of powder that is aspired. Because, honestly speaking it can be pretty hard to choose from so many variations out there. The glitters are looking really pretty and sparkles but those matted polish are also fabulous and sophisticated. If a bit experimental, combining colors could suit the taste.

When the perfect color have already been chosen, make sure to sanitize both hands before applying any produce. Make sure it is dry, filing the nails before adding the colors are of help so that there will no oil on the nails. These would make the powder and other chemicals stick very well on each nail.

The entire product has three chemical coats and the powdered manicure. Basically, to achieve the perfect polish that is desired, this would need tons of patience because it involves doing procedure for several times. To begin with, apply the first coat on the nails and let it dry.

So after applying on the first nail, dip it on the powder and tap to remove the excess powder all over the finger. Then, wait for about two minutes so it would dry then brush off the mess all over. Move on with the next finger and do the same steps until each one are covered.

Apparently, the colors are not that good yet so apply another second coat and do the next steps all over again. Do this three to four times, depending on the opacity of the shade. Then, file each nail to even the surface and remove those bulky part and rinse with water.

It is almost done, few more steps and everything will be good to go. The last set of steps are adding the tap coat. That is the third coat that serves as the clear polish that protects the manicure and makes the last. This would also gloss up the nail. Adding two layers of it would be enough. And, there goes the polished nails that lasts long and would not come off easily.
